Yes, we include all revenue from services, including patient collections, whether you collect it or we collect it
Do you exclude the costs of expensive medications/infusions?
Yes, we give credit towards certain expensive medications/infusions based on the actual cost (invoice needed). Please check with us on your specific situation.
Will you do our prior authorizations?
Yes, we do prior authorizations for all tests, procedures & surgeries as a part of our premium service; If you need prior authorizations done with a basic plan, see Cypress plans for a support team that can get your tasks done at a fraction of the cost of employing on-premise staff.
How often do you invoice?
We raise our invoice on a monthly cycle
What forms of payment do you accept?
We obtain your prior consent and process all payments as ACH from your bank account.
Can I pay using a credit card?
No, we don’t accept credit card payments to keep processing costs down.
What do I do if I have a question about my invoice?
You would reach out to your account manager or open a ticket. We will charge your account until any open questions are resolved.
